Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using uForm ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

uForm provides a form handling backend service that allows you to receive form submissions, get email notifications, and manage your form data through a dashboard.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Collect personal data without consent
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

5. Service Plans and Billing

  • Free plans are subject to usage limits as described in our pricing
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Exceeding plan limits may result in service restrictions

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data submitted through your forms. uForm claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

uForm and its original content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of uForm and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UFORM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uForm, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uForm operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
